Fanz™ Unlimited Network LLC (“Fanz™”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to maintaining a secure, lawful, and ethical online environment for content stars and users. This policy outlines our content management procedures, including age and identity verification, content moderation, user responsibilities, and compliance measures to prevent prohibited activities.

By accessing or using any platform under Fanz™ Unlimited Network LLC, users agree to adhere to this policy and all applicable laws. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, legal action, or law enforcement reporting.


2. Consent, Age, and Identity Verification

2.1 Consent Verification

• Explicit Consent: All content featuring individuals must have verifiable, written, and signed consent from all participants. Content stars must upload and retain signed consent forms for all media they submit. These forms must comply with applicable laws, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257.

• Revocation of Consent: If any participant revokes their consent, the content star must immediately remove the content. Users may also submit a request to Fanz™ for assistance in removing content that is no longer consensual.

 

2.2 Age Verification

• Minimum Age Requirement: All content stars and participants must be at least 18 years old.

• Verification Process: Government-issued identification must be submitted upon registration. Fanz™ utilizes third-party verification services (e.g., AgeChecker.Net) to ensure authenticity.

• Ongoing Monitoring: Regular audits and automated age verification checks will be conducted to ensure continued compliance. Falsified age information will result in immediate suspension and investigation.

 

2.3 Identity Verification

• Document Submission: All content stars must provide a valid, government-issued ID during registration.

• AI-Driven Facial Recognition: Advanced face-matching technology ensures that the individual in submitted content matches the registered ID.

• Periodic Reverification: Users may be required to reverify their identity periodically or upon detection of suspicious activity.


3. Content Review and Approval

3.1 Pre-Upload Review

• Automated Screening: AI-powered scanning tools analyze uploaded content for illegal materials (e.g., CSAM, non-consensual content, and other flagged materials).

• Manual Review: Any flagged or high-risk content is subject to human moderation before publication.

• Risk-Based Approvals: Certain content categories require additional review to ensure compliance with platform policies and legal requirements.

 

3.2 Post-Upload Review

• Community Reporting: Users can report policy violations, which will be investigated within 24 hours.

• Regular Audits: Ongoing automated and manual content audits are conducted to ensure compliance and identify violations that may have been missed.


4. Content Uploading and Downloading

4.1 Uploading Guidelines

• Approved Formats: Only permitted file formats (e.g., MP4, JPEG) within specified size limits may be uploaded.

• Metadata Requirements: Content must include descriptive metadata for proper categorization.

• Prohibited Content: The following are strictly prohibited on Fanz™ platforms:

• CSAM, bestiality, non-consensual content, rape, or any form of exploitation

• Content involving minors or individuals appearing to be minors

• Illegal activities, weapons, drugs, or any material that violates applicable laws

• Any content that violates user privacy, including doxxing or personal information leaks

 

4.2 Downloading Controls

• Digital Rights Management (DRM): DRM technologies prevent unauthorized redistribution of content.

• User License Agreement: Users who download content must accept the Fanz™ Digital Content License, restricting unauthorized use, sharing, or redistribution.


5. Real-Time and Platform Monitoring

5.1 Real-Time Monitoring

• Live Content Moderation: AI-driven tools scan live content in real time for potential violations.

• Chat and Interactive Features: Automated moderation reviews chat messages, live interactions, and comments for inappropriate or unlawful content.

 

5.2 Platform Monitoring

• AI Detection: Continuous scanning detects patterns of trafficking, abuse, and prohibited activity.

• Human Oversight: Flagged content is escalated for manual review and necessary enforcement action.

 

5.3 Identifying Trafficking and Abuse

• Pattern Recognition: AI algorithms detect indicators of trafficking, exploitation, or coercion.

• Collaboration with Authorities: Fanz™ Unlimited Network LLC actively cooperates with law enforcement and anti-trafficking organizations to investigate and report illegal activities.


6. Addressing Violations

6.1 Reporting Mechanisms

• User Reporting: Users can report violations through an in-platform reporting system.

• Anonymous Reporting: To protect individuals from retaliation, anonymous reporting is available.

 

6.2 Enforcement Actions

• Content Removal: Violating content will be removed immediately upon verification.

• Account Suspension or Termination:

• First Violation: Warning or temporary suspension

• Repeated Violations: Permanent account termination

• Legal Action: Fanz™ reserves the right to take legal action against individuals engaging in criminal activity or policy violations.


7. Privacy, Data Protection, and Security

7.1 User Data Security

• Encryption: All personal data, including identification documents and financial information, is secured using AES-256 encryption.

• Access Controls: Only authorized personnel can access sensitive information.

• Cybersecurity Measures: AI-driven threat detection and multi-layered security protect against data breaches and hacking attempts.

 

7.2 Data Retention and Deletion

• Retention Period: Personal data is retained only as long as legally required or necessary for platform operations.

• Right to Erasure: Users may request data deletion, which will be processed in compliance with applicable laws.
